Person Centered Thinking: FREE

What:  Person Centered Thinking, courtesy of Imagine! Innovations. FREE.

Where:  Imagine!’s John M. Taylor Conference Center, 1665 Coal Creek Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026 (Middle Conference Room)

Why:  To improve the lives of others, and to make your job a saner, safer, and more interesting experience. And to start building a person centered plan that makes sense!

Are you as Person Centered as you think you are?  Here’s a free training to answer that question and enhance your skills to help people obtain better quality lives.  In this activity-based, three hour course, learn the basic tools to help you work effectively and genuinely with those you serve. Learn the difference between Important To and Important For, and how to find a healthy balance of both. Learn to identify staff roles and responsibilities. Look carefully at how certain environmental considerations and relationship-building skills can improve the quality and enjoyment of your work.
