Behavioral Health Services Board Certified Behavior Analyst
PURPOSE:
To provide behavior analysis services to consumers in the form of consultation to children and adults with cognitive, developmental, physical and health related needs. Consultation will be provided to address both behavior and skill deficits, as well as behaviors that place the person or others at risk. To develop evidence-based behavior plans, provide recommendations to care providers on its implementation, and make modifications as needed.
POSITION:
This is a 40 hour position that will require an individual with board certification in behavior analysis.
This position will require effective communication skills, ability to work in a variety of community settings, and experience providing behavioral treatment to persons with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as Board Certified Behavior Analyst. They will hold a Masters degree in psychology or related field, preferably from an ABA accredited program. The candidate will ideally also have 1-2 years experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities including at least 120 hours of direct services to individuals with complex behavior problems.
HOURS PER WEEK: 40
