There are many ways you can make a difference with Imagine!. You can choose to support a particular program, age group or need, or you can give an unrestricted donation to the overall organization. Your gift is fully tax deductible, and the Imagine! Foundation will send you a letter of acknowledgement for your files. Transcend $10,000 – Imagine! Employee Donation Program |

Imagine! Employees "Transcend $10,000"
Congratulations and many thanks to Imagine! employees for already raising $10,117 for Imagine! consumers and services in FY2013 and for "Transcending $10,000" a whole quarter early! Gifts include payroll deductions, donations through Colorado Gives Day and the Imagine! Celebration, and individual checks and credit card payments.
The Imagine! Foundation's overall goal for FY2013 is a 10% increase in revenue, so, applying that to employee donations, we are setting a new goal of $11,500, which is a 10% increase over last year's $10,492. Any time is a great time to make a payroll deduction pledge. Even just $1 per paycheck adds up to $26 for the year! It's easy! Sign in to Ceridian Self-Service, go to Payroll & Tax, then Imagine! Donation Form. Your donation is fully tax deductible and can be designated to the Imagine! department of your choice or to "greatest needs." We are looking forward to having the help of all employees in providing monetary support for those we serve and in reaching our new goal! And many thanks to all those who have so generously contributed thus far!
Employees may also support Imagine! through a check, credit card payment, and iGive.com (sign up for free at iGive.com and shop as usual at many of your favorite online sites that will then donate a percentage of your purchase to Imagine!). Several employees have also made contributions in honor or in memory of a family member, friend, or consumer. All of these contributions count for the "Transcend $10,000" campaign.

Make a Gift of Stock |
|
To make a stock donation to Imagine!, please download the PDF form and complete the information. This information will assure that an appropriate receipt is issued in a timely manner and that you receive acknowledgement for tax purposes.
After the Imagine! Foundation receives your form and the donation of securities is confirmed by our broker, we will issue an official acknowledgement letter to the donor. This letter will indicate the number and type of shares received and date the stock was converted into a gift (day when record ownership of stock was transferred to the Imagine! Foundation or the stock was unconditionally delivered to the Imagine! Foundation).
All contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. Please contact your tax advisor for complete tax deductibility rules.

Employer Gift Matching |

With an employer match of an employee gift, your donation to Imagine! could be doubled or tripled. Employer matching is a simple process that usually involves completing a form from your personnel department and including it with your contribution to Imagine!. Then, we'll take care of the rest!
Check with your employer to find out if they have a matching gift program or to inquire about their policy on matching gifts. Many companies also match gifts from spouses and retired employees. ( Note: If you've already made a contribution to Imagine! and are within the time limit set by your company, you can still send us the forms and have your contribution matched.)

Business Sponsorships |

Imagine! welcomes business sponsorships of all levels. Suggested donation levels are listed on our downloadable PDF. With your sponsorship, a listing of your contribution will be included in the Imagine! Foundation newsletter, in the program for our annual Imagine! Celebration Dinner and Auction each January, in a series of thank you advertisements in local papers each January through March, and, at the higher levels, on the donor wall of our facility in Lafayette.
Additional sponsorship opportunities include sponsoring a table at the Imagine! Celebration (also on our downloadable PDF), donating an auction item for the event, or donating other in-kind goods or services throughout the year.

Bequests and Planned Giving |

Bequests
Bequests are fully deductible from estate taxes for the amount of a cash bequest or the market value of other assets donated. The gift may consist of a share of the estate or it can be outright or in a trust. You can make a bequest for a designated purpose, or it can be unrestricted.
Trusts
A trust is a planned gift that can be designed to benefit both you and the Imagine! Foundation. Along with an immediate income tax charitable deduction, you can assure an income for yourself for life. After that, we are allowed to use the remaining funds for our programs and services. There are several types of trusts. To know which vehicle would be best for you, we recommend that you consult with appropriate legal and financial counsel.
Gifts of Real Estate, Life Insurance, and Endowed Funds
Gifts of real estate, life insurance, and endowed funds are accepted within the policies approved by the Imagine! Foundation's Board of Directors. Please contact Executive Director Susan LaHoda at 303-926-6443 for current information concerning these gifting vehicles.
