Community Partnerships started Supported Living in Boulder County in 1992 based on over a decade of community-based follow along and residential services that now extend to Broomfield County. Our Supported Living Counselors are well qualified to listen to the needs of the people we serve and to develop and implement effective plans of support. We are actively connected with Boulder and Broomfield Counties and excel in problem solving and helping people navigate the human services system. Because of our constant attention to quality, our connections with providers and our expertise in community activities, we are proud to be the leader in Supported Living. We provide both Supported Living Consultation and Mentoring Activities services.
