Anat Baniel,  has pioneered a method of movement therapy that has proven very beneficial for many children with special needs such as Autism, CP, Down Syndrome, Premature Birth, Brachial Plexis, and many other developmental disorders.  I have finally been able to get Anat to commit to a workshop in the Denver area, and it has been scheduled for May 4-5, 2013.

If you are not familiar with Anat and her work, she is one of the primary students of Moshe Feldenkrais, a physicist and original thinker who created the Feldenkrais Method and began teaching it in the 1970's.  As such, Anat has been developing and refining her approach for over 30 years, and has a remarkable history of success. There are many youtube videos of her working with children, which you can access from her website, and she has also given several TED talks about her work.  She has also authored two books, Move into Life (for adults) and Kids Beyond Limits, which was recently released to much acclaim.
